Refund Policy

Once we have received the returned product in our warehouse and verified its condition, we will proceed to a full refund of the order amount. The refund will be made within a maximum of 5 working days after receiving the returned package.

Please note that additional costs related to a delivery method other than standard delivery will not be refunded, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, damaged, defective or incorrect item).

If you receive a defective, incorrect or incomplete product, please contact us directly so that we can resolve the issue. For quick assistance with a return or refund request, please send us an email with your order number, contact details and explanatory photos (if necessary). Please keep the product and its packaging until your issue is resolved.
