RETURN AND REFUND

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before your package is delivered. Once the order is delivered, you have 30 days to return unused items. This withdrawal period expires 30 days after the date of receipt indicated in the parcel tracking provided by the carrier.

The cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless the return is motivated by one of the reasons below. Please note that the product must be returned in its entirety (with original packaging and all accessories provided).

We will cover the return costs in the following cases:

• The item is damaged or defective upon receipt
• Parts are missing
• The item received is not the correct one or is missing
• The item does not match the description
• The shipment was delayed for internal reasons

In all other cases, the return costs are your responsibility, for example if:

• You ordered the wrong item
• The item does not suit you
• You want to order the same item from another store
• The purchase is unauthorized
• The product is not suitable for the intended use

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email providing your order number and the reason for the return. A return reference will be sent to you, which you must include in your package.
